       Our warehouse team is taking the updated measures to ensure safety when packaging your orders. This means:

We’re washing hands every hour and our warehouse team has been provided safety gloves and masks.

  • Stringent Cleaning.

We have a strict cleaning process in packing areas, including wipe downs and extra space between individual team members.

    • WHAT IF I AM-SELF-ISOLATIING AND I CAN’T RETURN AN ITEM?

    We have extended our returns period to 14 days to give you more time to send orders back. Please see our Return page for more details.

    We accept the payment methods including Paypal, and mainstream credit card Visa, and MasterCard etc. You will see the icons at your checkout page.

    HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

    Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email to your registered email address.

    Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact customer service via our Contact us  and we will be able to re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

    CAN I AMEND OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

    Kindly note that as our team works hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, we may not be able to update your order in time. If your order has not been shipped, please contact us with your order number and the details on the change.

    IMPORT CHARGES

    International orders may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of China mainland. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

Please note that 3ⁿ Official does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

    HOW DO I MAKE A CLAIM?

    All goods must be counted and checked at the time of delivery. Any damage or faults must be reported on receipt of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

    Any claim in respect of the above should be made by Contact us within 48hrs of delivery.
    No claims will be entertained unless the above conditions are strictly adhered to.
    No credit or refund will be given for any goods ordered in error by the customer.
    No credit or refund will be given for any losses due to the incorrect storage or handling by the customer of any goods supplied by 3ⁿ Official.

    CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

    Please note, we no longer accept exchanges, including rings. You could return the goods and order again. For more info. on returning goods, please check our Return policy

    DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

    • Can I have my order gift-wrapped with a gift receipt?

    Yes, we offered the charged services for gift-wrapping. Our packaging includes a special gift outer box and an exquisite inner packing. Our gift notes are printed with message. We want to make unboxing special for everyone, even when it's a gift for yourself! That said, we would combine items into one box if it is not indicated that it is a gift.

    We're not able to accommodate shipments of additional packaging alone at this time, as there will be increased shipping fees associated.

    • Do you offer gift cards?

    Absolutely! We offer digital gift cards. Click here and select your preferred value. Please kindly note that the digital gift cards are non-refundable.

    Keep in mind that discount codes or coupons cannot be applied for digital gift cards. 3ⁿ Official reserves the right to cancel the order at any time should any of these policies are overridden.
